As OTC nears, it's important to know your target move-in date and understand what that entails. Knowing this will help you plan your travel accordingly, determine the date in which your exhibit should be shipped and arrive on-site.
Your freight should arrive by the date in which Freeman has assigned on the Target Move-In Date floor plan. These floor plans can be located below or in the Exhibitor Services Manual.
Once your freight is delivered, you have until the end of move-in to set up your exhibit.
NRG Center Target Move-In
NRG Arena Target Move-In
Parkway/Outdoor Target Move-In
NRG Park will be closed the Sunday prior to show opening. No exceptions.
