CELEBRATING 50 YEARS OF OTC

30 April–3 May 2018     ///     Houston, Texas, USA     ///     NRG Park

Why Exhibit?

What Sets OTC Apart

OTC is a not-for-profit organization, owned by 13 industry societies. As such, our mission is different from other global events.  You have a choice where to exhibit and invest your marketing dollars.

OTC is unlike commercial organizations and reinvests proceeds back into the oil and gas industry through the 13 societies. Members and other industry professionals benefit from enhanced technical and professional competence because of the societies' investments.

Discover why your company should be a part of this prestigious and the world's largest offshore technical conference.

OTC offers you much more than other industry events

OTC offers you much more than other industry events

  • Value – We purposely price our exhibit floor space lower than other events – in some cases by 50%.
  • Cost Savings – The cost of exhibit space includes drayage. Freight from the truck/dock to your booth is complimentary. (some exclusions apply). In 2017, OTC paid an average of USD 2,000 per 10’x20’ space.
  • Global Attendance – OTC draws attendance from all over the world. NOCs view OTC as ‘the must-attend conference each year’.
  • Customer Service – Exhibitors describe OTC as the industry standard for international shows, due to our communication, organization, and customer service.
  • Exhibitor Roundtable – Held several months before OTC, this event provides training and vendor presentations to help exhibitors become more profitable with their exhibiting programs.
  • Access to Tools – OTC provides access to the SPE Exhibitor Success and ROI Center, which includes webinars and other tools to help exhibitors maximizing their time and measure success.
