DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE INTERNATIONAL BUYER PROGRAM 

OTC is a proud participant of the US Department of Commerce’s International Buyer Program (IBP).

Through the US Commercial Service’s network of offices in US Embassies and Consulates worldwide, the IBP recruits pre-screened foreign buyer delegations and bring them to selected trade shows, connecting US companies with international buyers.

Commercial Service trade specialists located in your local Embassy or Consulate can assist you with show registration, help you locate the products you are looking to purchase at the show, and setting up meetings with you and US businesses.

Expand your Exports through the International Buyer Program at OTC

DOCThe U.S. Department of Commerce is currently recruiting delegations from over  several countries and will organize various programs FREE OF CHARGE at OTC 2018 to assist U.S. exhibitors to export their products and services to these markets: Algeria, Angola, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Cameroon, Canada, China, Congo, Egypt, Ghana, Guyana, Iceland, India, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kuwait/Qatar, Mexico, Morocco, Mozambique, Mauritania, Nigeria, Norway, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Albania,*Azerbaijan,* Colombia,* Ecuador,* Indonesia,*Kenya,* Libya,*Oman,* Senegal,* and Thailand.*

*Denotes unescorted delegation



RECEIVE MARKET INSIGHT FROM O&G SPECIALISTS from U.S. Embassies and Consulates from markets listed above to discuss trends and opportunities for your business in their markets. Additionally, if you have concerns about getting paid by your international customers, would like to offer more competitive terms, or want to expand production, you may also request to meet with export finance representatives from the U.S. Export-Import Bank and/or the U.S. Small Business Administration. representatives from the United States Small Business Administration and the Export-Import Bank (EXIM) of the United States will be available for meetings.

Let the U.S. Commercial Service help you, the US supplier, connect with international buyers before, during, and after OTC, with the business-to-business (B2B) matchmaking program. B2B meetings are scheduled to take place during the entire event.

Register for this service and your company profile will be shared with the pre-screened international buyers from the countries listed above in addition to prescreened unescorted delegations. Registration opens soon.
