HOUSING IS NOW CLOSED.
When booking hotel arrangements, you have many options, but some can be time-consuming and the benefits don’t always pay off. Save time and benefit from additional services when you book through OTC’s housing provider, Experient.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Hotels with * have a 72-hour cancellation policy. Remaining hotel room reservations can be canceled with no penalty until 1800 hours (ET) on 30 March 2018. After this time, hotels will charge a non-refundable 1-night room and tax deposit on all current reservations. If you reserve your hotel after 30 March, the non-refundable 1-night room and tax deposit will be charged as soon as the reservation is received by the hotel.
Failure to check in on your scheduled day of arrival (no-show), will result in forfeiture of your deposit and your room will be released by the hotel.
Note: Experient is the official housing and travel coordinator for OTC. No other hotel/housing provider is authorized to contact you on behalf of OTC. We will vigorously pursue these other companies to prevent unauthorized contact.
